Home side with more drive and quality, made the score heavier than the game was even if it was fairly one sided in that PDL South clash between 🔴2nd and 🔵4th.
🔴✨I like Ibrahim FULLAH (8) not just because he can change the picture on the ball but also how consistent he is at closing down.
✨Kaheim DIXON (9) is relentless both sides of the ball, makes runs in the channels and presses CB. I reckon he finished with a brace and an assist.
✨GK Tommy REID made some key point blank saves
Second time watching Manu WALES and man he's surprising, like a young Grealish and getting his way.
Pat CASEY made a few inspired flicks.
Ryan HUKE is a passer who scored a nice spectacular scissor volley.
Tennai WATSON did brilliantly on a goal, getting in the box from RCB and finding his way out to put a cross tapped in by Dixon
LAQUERETABUA did okay, second time watching. Wants to do well, and had some channel defending to do. Decent passer.
I am yet to see Kai ENSLIN not deliver a 6.5/10 performance, his ceiling might not be sky high but I've seen play LB LWB LW and CF. Played LWB and LM and did well defensively, gamesmanship to draw fouls and popped up with the 6th goal with a composed finish
I thought MWAMBA did a good cameo, getting on the ball and changing the picture.
KEDWELL screened alright a won a few headers.
🔵✨Morgan WIGLEY (16) is an Ox 🐂, came on as a right winger and put some great deliveries, brushed off challenges and hammered a finish after carving through the box from the touchline. One who we will see in the Football League for sure.
I thought Raheem CONTE (3) did okay at LB. Defending the far post on crosses, passes around the corner and some good defensive interventions. Two footed too, for a lefty.
NYAKUHWA (7) has flashes with carries but the final pass let him down.
MAFICO (10) left footed CM who likes a carry, I'd have liked to see more drive to get the game moving forward.
🔴🗡Really like that Charlton team who play with personality, back to front and with a fair few players you enjoy staying on the ball.
🔵🐲Overall Cardiff never quite looked like they could change pace, not sure it's a shortcoming as there's decent footballers (albeit giving the ball away a bit when going forward), who were recycling it a lot despite being able to be dangerous with individual plays from the wings
