🍒🦢 BOURNEMOUTH U21 4-0 SWANSEA U21
Beside scoring a goal, there's no better kick than fetching a lose football 🥹⚽️
🍒Dan Adu-Adjei is way too good for the level. 10 in 6 now. Relentless channel runner and pinned the fullbacks, scored a great goal out of a channel punt. Also gave two assists setting up team mates in the box with layoffs. Excellent box movement on crosses, around penalty spot and darting at the near post.
Not much to say on that overall performance, good benchmarks being hit. Good activity off the ball as the first screen to set up Bournemouth's high recoveries.
I thought Harold William was good as front foot CB to step in, if the two layers of pressing were bypassed.
Kobbie Mottoh was industrious to carry it up, go around the fullback and press and track back.
On the other side Ashley Clarke had a good sense of timing to crash the box and scored two identical top corner goals.
Bournemouth's pressing trap centrally gets them so many high recoveries between centre circle and box.
🦢For Swansea I was intrigued by Samuel Henia-Kamau. Wiry quick striker with the 9. Dropped off the front to get it into into feet to carry and find runners. Not the proverbial 9 (in terms or movement and back to goal) albeit won a few balls in the air
Morgan Bates (8) was almost second striker from midfield with a good left foot.
